Whether your company is looking at pulling the trigger on new smart equipment, a pivot toward virtual sales & remote service, or discussing grand ideas like Industry 4.0, too many industrial companies are falling prey to the temptation to swing for the innovation fences, attempting to hit an innovation homerun, inevitably striking out. This homerun scenario rarely wins the game. Digital Transformation is a methodical, intentional process of incremental innovations that lead to the big win. This webinar will focus on how tackling bite-sized innovations, many times modifying existing infrastructure, can accomplish your major goals without swinging for the fences and investing in an entirely new system.  We will explore what a digital company looks like and how your company can tackle the Who, What, & How of digital transformation and implement today!

Getting Started with Cobots... Is Now the Right Time?

Samual Bouchard, CEO, Robotiq &
Mark Lewandowski, Robotics Innovation Director Procter & Gamble – Global Engineering

Duration: 1 hour

Cobots (collaborative robots) are factory robots that are easier to deploy and that can coexist closer to human workers. They typically offer 6-18 months payback and can be used to automate various manual tasks, proving their value as a tool for factories in the last decade. But does it really make sense to deploy your first one during the current pandemic, considering the uncertainty and extra challenges? The goal of this presentation is to equip you with the right set of guidelines and action list, so you can make that decision for yourself.
