Kim Caruso

Kim Caruso is the Vice President, Industry 4.0 Operating System within the Raytheon Technologies’ Operations & Supply Chain organization, responsible to drive and collaborate across the company to modernize operations using the CORE operating system and latest industry 4.0 technologies to drive process, employee and performance improvements. Caruso brings more than 30 years of experience in engineering, program management and operations to her current position. Most recently she served as Vice President of Operations within Engineering, Technology, and Mission Assurance for the Raytheon Company. Caruso has held several leadership positions for Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) within the Integrated Air & Missile Defense (IAMD) business area including Sr. Director of Domestic Programs, Director of IAMD Partner and Japan Programs, and Director of PATRIOT Integrated Product Teams. Prior to working in IAMD, Caruso held numerous technical and leadership roles within engineering. Caruso earned a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Vermont and has completed several Raytheon Company leadership programs including Program Manager Leve1 2 certification, Leadership Excellence Program and Accelerating Leadership Impact.
