Matt Bauer

Mr. Bauer is currently serving as Harpak-ULMA’s Product Manager of Smart, Connected Machines. In his role he’s helped shape and drive the company’s multi-phase, multi-year roadmap for smart, connected packaging solutions. Harpak-ULMA provides sophisticated end-to-end packaging solutions in the CPG, medical and industrial markets. Bauer's perspective was developed over more than three decades of B2B enterprise manufacturing markets. He’s held senior roles in a variety of Fortune 500, mid-size and start-up organizations. Mr. Bauer has served in executive roles for organization’s focused in both software and hardware technologies, including Rockwell Automation, Invensys, and Epicor. As MESA, Intl. Chairman (2006-2008) during he guided the organization’s worldwide growth to membership in over 78 countries. He is a graduate of GE’s prestigious Financial Management Program and holds both marketing and finance degrees summa cum laude from the University of Maryland’s Robert Smith College of Business.
