His service included a prestigious assignment at the NSA's Center for Executive Protection, where he conducted daily security briefings at the White House for the President of the United States and top government and military officials. After his military service, Mr. Dodson transitioned to the U.S. Department of Energy, leading the Technical Team for the Independent Cyber Validation and Assessment Group within the Office of Cyber Assessments. His responsibilities encompassed full-scope adversarial emulation attacks, both on-the-wire and physical attacks of critical national infrastructure, including DOE sites, nuclear weapons complexes, and Power Marketing Administrations. Mr. Dodson's expertise was particularly noted in his assessments of live production SCADA systems, crucial to the United States' bulk power transmission grid. As the Chief Operating Officer at a technical consulting company, Mr. Dodson further honed his skills. He managed technical and physical security assessments for one of the largest municipalities in the United States, focusing on scope establishment and resource allocation. In his current roles at NextLink Labs, Mr. Dodson combines his technical acumen with his programmatic experience and compliance standards knowledge. As the Director of Professional Services, he extends his influence, leading teams to provide comprehensive security solutions and professional services that cater to the unique needs of each client.
