Julie's career has focused entirely on discovering user needs...starting as a manufacturing engineer, then a design engineer, before moving into upstream marketing to develop new products in the medical device and services industry at MEDRAD, McKesson and Philips. Her most recent role was as Program Director at Philips HealthWorks, a startup accelerator located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She is currently the President & CEO of Bally Design, an industrial design consulting firm in Pittsburgh, PA.
